SAP 2009 NHER Preview version 1.1.

Bristol DEA is familiarizing itself with the NHER, SAP 2009 Preview version 1.1. This will enable us to advise clients of the potential impact SAP 2009 and Part L 2010 will have.

Some of the changes from the current NHER SAP 2005 version include:
Additional party wall thermal bridging calculations,
Community heating with or without CHP (single systems),
Minor Aggregate and Flat TER calculation changes,
Database updater for updating an NHER SAP2009 Preview 1.0 database.

These changes however will not come into force until October 2010 or after.
