We also work in conjunction with our partners to supply Home Information Packs.We provide energy performance certificates using RDSAP on domestic properties carried out by fully audited accredited domestic energy assessors.

The Process.

Enquirers are sent terms of engagement and copy of seller questionnaire client survey.

As soon as we receive signed and dated instruction by email we acknowledge receipt of instruction and confirm date for site visit.

We will then up-load results to the national accreditation centre databank within 5 days of initial instruction.

We are able to provide the client a copy when requested.

We also offer a Fast Track Service, for an additional fee we can have your EPC uploaded within 24hrs or 48hrs.
