4. Surveying - Terms and Conditions

• 4.1 Online quotation provided for the provision of professional surveying services including the carrying out of Energy surveys,SAP reports and Code assessing. it is subject to full disclosure by the client as to the, age and size and location and spec of the property.
• 4.2 Where the property is significantly different to that described in the online quotation form we reserve the right to amend the cost and invoice accordingly.
• 4.3 All Survey work is carried out by Bristol dea .Bristol dea Limited is a accredited member of the NHER and BRE schemes and conducts business in accordance with its code of practice
• 4.4 Any work professional work carried out by Bristol dea is subject to separate terms and conditions which will provided in writing at the time of requesting the service
• 4.5 The price quoted excludes VAT.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Use restrict or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any loss, damages, costs, claims or expenses whatsoever arising from:

• 5.1 the acts, errors or omissions of third parties;
• 5.2 the accuracy or completeness of the Website or Content;
